You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Paid features are available through monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($99/year) subscription plans. All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy — contact support for details.
Credit top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate research reports, analyses, scores, and other content. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it.

All content including but not limited to stock scores, valuation models, screening results, AI-generated reports, earnings analyses, and portfolio summaries is general in nature and not tailored to your specific financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by EquityGlimpse LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Platform without authorization; (c) resell or redistribute Platform data; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) abuse the trial or credit system through multiple accounts or fraudulent means.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
